Thank you for shopping at arghyadeep das.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to arghyadeep das.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to arghyadeep das, accessible from www.arghyadeepdas.in

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

No Order Cancellation Rights

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. All sales are final. We don't offer returns.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at mail@arghyadeepdas.in for assistance. Any replacements will be considered solely at our discretion.

Conditions for Replacement

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a replacement, please make sure that:

·       The Goods were delivered in the last 2 days

·       The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be replaced:

·       The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

·       The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

·       The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

·       The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse reeplacement of any item that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be replaceable. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded or, replaced. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Replacement & Refund 

We take full responsibility for the cost and risk associated with replacing goods. If you require a replacement, we will arrange it for you. However, we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged return shipments. Once we receive the returned goods, we will manually inspect them before issuing a replacement. If we find any errors, defects, or discrepancies that do not align with our return criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return. Refunds will be credited within 7 days into  your original payment methods

Refunds are strictly prohibited. However, for physical goods such as paperback books and merchandise, if a replacement is approved but we do not have stock available, we will attempt to initiate a refund will be credited within 2-3 business days in the original payment method. In case of unexpected delays due to high demand, please contact us. We will make every effort to process your refund within the next 1-2 business days. Replacement product will be delivered within 10 days
