Shipping and Delivery

• We strive to process and ship orders within 7 business days.

• Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping carrier delays.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returns and Refunds

• We accept replacements within 2 days of delivered if the item is defected and in its original packaging.*

*replacements only applicable for any type of physical goods sold by us, not the digital products.

• Replacemet will be processed within 10 days after approval. In case of Refund, will be processed within 2-3 days after we received the defected item. Refund may be delayed due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances.

• We are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
