Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 business days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
Free shipping is currently available for orders above Rs. 149/-
There are no shipping charges for digital products.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details by us as well as our service partner.
Please allow up to 1-2 business days for tracking information to be updated.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at mail@arghyadeepdas.in within 2 days for assistance.

Address Accuracy & Order Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for further instructions.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to internationally due to logistical constraints.
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to regulations.
